Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Shipping Locations
Luv-2B-Pampered currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery progress through the shipping carrier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Luv-2B-Pampered is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
